Refund policy

Bossci Glam allows 1 free exchange for sizing errors on waist trainers and outer clothing only  that are returned in their original condition, following customer service approval. We do not accept returns, exchanges on any shapewear items Bossci Glam does NOT offer refunds, however we may offer a store credit that can be used towards a future purchase. exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of order delivery or purchasing in store and sent to customerservice@bossciglam.com.
